Thank you for purchasing DiNERBOX.
DiNERBOX is a brand built around cultural collecting. Through art cards, we transform memorable places, experiences, food, people and ideas into personal cultural collections.
Before purchasing DiNERBOX products, please read the following Terms of Sale carefully. By submitting an order and completing payment through the WeChat Mini Program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
1.1 DiNERBOX will present product information such as product name, images, materials, dimensions, contents, release information and prices as accurately as possible.
Due to screen display, printing techniques, materials, production batches and similar factors, the actual product may reasonably differ from the page display in colour, texture, details or packaging. Such differences do not affect normal use or the collectible nature of the product.
1.2 Some products may be sold in limited, special, edition-specific or theme-specific releases. The specific release quantity, batch, sale period, product contents and purchase rules are subject to the information shown on the corresponding product page.
1.3 Product prices are quoted in RMB. Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, prices include taxes and fees that consumers are required to bear by law. Shipping fees are as shown on the checkout page.
1.4 DiNERBOX may adjust product prices, stock, release quantities and product information based on actual operations. Once an order is paid and confirmed, the applicable price is the final price displayed on the page at the time the order was submitted.
2.1 Consumers may select products, complete order information and submit orders through the DiNERBOX WeChat Mini Program.
2.2 After a consumer submits an order and completes payment, the system will generate the order and provide order confirmation.
2.3 An order is formed once payment is completed and confirmed by the system.
2.4 If an order cannot be fulfilled due to system errors, inventory sync anomalies, obvious pricing errors or other causes beyond DiNERBOX's reasonable control, DiNERBOX will contact the consumer promptly and cancel the order, refund the payment or take other appropriate measures as required by law.
3.1 DiNERBOX products centre on art cards and related collectible items. Contents, formats and release methods may vary between products; the corresponding product page governs.
3.2 Some products may carry artist information, release batch, numbering, special markings or other collectible information, subject to the product page and the actual markings on the product.
3.3 Purchasing DiNERBOX products grants the consumer the physical product and its accompanying collectible benefits only; it does not transfer any intellectual property in the artwork, text, images, designs, brand names or other content involved.
4.1 Some DiNERBOX products may be released in limited, time-limited, special or other special sale formats. Release quantity, sale period, product contents and purchase rules are subject to the corresponding product page.
4.2 Some NEW DROP products are available for purchase only within designated windows. After the sale ends or sells out, DiNERBOX does not guarantee restocking or re-release unless otherwise stated on the product page.
4.3 For products marked with release quantity, edition numbers or special release information, the product page and the actual markings on the product govern.
4.4 Some special releases may differ from regular art card products in product format, packaging, release method or collecting mechanics, subject to the corresponding product page.
4.5 Purchasing limited or special releases does not transfer any intellectual property, which remains owned by DiNERBOX, the artists or other lawful rights holders.
5.1 DiNERBOX will arrange delivery according to the shipping information shown on the product and order pages.
5.2 Consumers should ensure that the shipping address, recipient name and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
5.3 Re-delivery, returns or additional shipping costs arising from incorrect, incomplete or unreachable delivery information provided by the consumer may be borne by the consumer.
5.4 Where delivery is delayed by force majeure, logistics, public events or other causes beyond DiNERBOX's reasonable control, DiNERBOX will provide assistance within reason.
5.5 Upon receipt, consumers should promptly inspect the product and its packaging. If obvious damage, wrong or missing items or other anomalies are found, please contact DiNERBOX within 7 days of signing for delivery and, where necessary, provide photos, videos, logistics receipts or other supporting materials for timely handling.
6.1 DiNERBOX will provide after-sales service in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
6.2 Except where the law provides otherwise, consumers enjoy the statutory right to a no-reason return within seven days of receiving the product.
6.3 As DiNERBOX products are art cards with cultural collectible properties, when applying for a no-reason return consumers should, as far as possible, keep the product in its original condition and retain all components of the product, including but not limited to:
- art cards and card bricks;
- outer packaging and inner boxes;
- accessories such as cloth pouches and protective tags;
- cards and documentation materials;
- complimentary items included with the product;
- numbering, labels and other collectible markings.
Necessary unboxing for inspection does not by itself render the product "not in good condition".
6.4 Returned products must be kept in good condition. "Good condition" means that the product itself, collectible markings, accessories and outer packaging are free from stains, creases, scratches, tears, alterations or other damage caused by the consumer that would affect normal sale or collectible condition.
Where a returned product shows such man-made damage, missing accessories or missing collectible markings, and this materially affects resale or collectible condition, DiNERBOX will handle the no-reason return request in accordance with applicable laws and the actual circumstances.
Necessary unboxing does not by itself constitute grounds for rejecting a no-reason return.
6.5 Where the 7-day no-reason return applies, return shipping costs shall in principle be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
For returns or exchanges arising from product quality issues, wrong or missing items or other causes for which DiNERBOX is legally responsible, return and re-delivery costs shall be borne by DiNERBOX as required by law.
6.6 If a consumer believes a product has quality issues, they should contact DiNERBOX promptly with order information and necessary photos, videos or other supporting materials. Upon confirmation, DiNERBOX will provide returns, exchanges, repairs or other appropriate after-sales solutions based on the circumstances.
6.7 If a product is visibly damaged in transit, consumers are advised to check upon signing for delivery and keep the packaging, the product itself and relevant logistics receipts for after-sales processing.
7.1 Products that laws and regulations clearly exclude from the 7-day no-reason return are not eligible for it.
7.2 Custom-made products confirmed by the consumer are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return where the law so provides.
7.3 Other situations excluded by law from the 7-day no-reason return are governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
Where a product carries special return rules by law, DiNERBOX will clearly state them on the corresponding product page.
8.1 Consumers should store, use and display products according to the product instructions and in a reasonable manner.
8.2 Damage caused by the consumer, including but not limited to tearing, bending, staining, water damage, exposure to high temperature, improper storage or unauthorised modification, does not constitute a product quality issue.
8.3 For damage caused by the consumer, DiNERBOX will determine after-sales liability in accordance with the law.
8.4 Where a product has a quality issue for which DiNERBOX is legally responsible, DiNERBOX will provide corresponding after-sales solutions in accordance with applicable laws.
9.1 Intellectual property in brand names, logos, text, images, illustrations, photographs, artworks, card designs, packaging designs, page designs, digital content and other content contained in DiNERBOX products and related pages belongs to DiNERBOX, the relevant artists or other lawful rights holders.
9.2 Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
9.3 Without written permission from the relevant rights holders, consumers may not copy, scan, reproduce, commercially use, sell, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from the product or the artwork, designs and other content it contains.
9.4 Consumers may normally display purchased physical products within the scope of personal collecting, but may not use them in ways that infringe the relevant intellectual property.
10.1 To complete orders, delivery and after-sales service, DiNERBOX may need to collect necessary information such as consumer name, contact details, shipping address and order information.
10.2 DiNERBOX will collect, use, store and protect consumers' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the relevant privacy policy.
10.3 Except as required by law or necessary for providing related services, DiNERBOX will process consumers' personal information on principles of necessity and reasonableness.
11.1 Where force majeure or other causes beyond DiNERBOX's reasonable control prevent or delay performance of obligations, DiNERBOX will bear corresponding responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
11.2 Force majeure includes but is not limited to natural disasters, major public events, war, government actions, major network failures and other events prescribed by law.
11.3 Product delivery and similar services may be provided by third-party logistics providers. DiNERBOX will assist consumers, within reason, with issues arising during third-party services.
12.1 DiNERBOX will maintain the normal operation of the WeChat Mini Program within reason, but cannot guarantee that services are always continuous, stable or entirely free of technical faults.
12.2 Temporary service interruptions caused by network conditions, third-party servers, system maintenance, technical upgrades or other matters not attributable to DiNERBOX's fault do not constitute a breach by DiNERBOX.
Where consumer losses are caused by DiNERBOX's own fault, DiNERBOX will still bear corresponding responsibility as required by law.
12.3 DiNERBOX may update or adjust the functions, pages and related services of the WeChat Mini Program as products and services evolve.
13.1 DiNERBOX may amend these Terms of Sale based on business development, product changes or legal requirements.
13.2 Amended terms will be published in a prominent position within the WeChat Mini Program and take effect on the effective date stated at publication. For orders already paid, the Terms of Sale in effect at the time of ordering continue to apply, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
13.3 Where amendments materially affect consumers, DiNERBOX will provide reasonable and prominent notice as required by law.
14.1 The formation, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
14.2 Disputes between consumers and DiNERBOX concerning orders or after-sales matters should first be resolved through friendly consultation.
14.3 Where consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a people's court with jurisdiction as provided by law.
15.1 If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
15.2 DiNERBOX's failure to exercise a right under these terms in a timely manner does not constitute a waiver of that right.
15.3 Matters not covered by these Terms of Sale are handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
